New Student Information

If you will be a new student to East Grand School District next fall, or know someone who will be joining the MPHS family, please do the following steps.

REMINDER: this is only for students who have never attended EGSD before OR students that will be returning to MPHS after un-enrolling previously.

Please complete these items as soon as possible:

·      MPHS PreRegistration (click here)

·      Request for Student Records

·      Birth Certificate

·      Immunization records

·      Current transcript from previous school if available

Once items have been emailed to registrar@egsd.org, please call after August 8, 2022 to  schedule a meeting with a counselor. Please email the Registrar with any questions!
